1‑on‑1 Training Sessions
Cancellations

All cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.

No‑shows are treated as late cancellations.
2‑on‑1 Training Sessions
Attendance Requirements

A 2‑on‑1 session is designed for two participants and is intended to run only when both partners are present.

If one partner cannot attend, the remaining partner may choose to proceed; however, the session will still be charged at the full 2‑on‑1 rate.
Substitutions

If one partner is unavailable, you may arrange for a replacement participant.

The replacement must already be an onboarded and active client.

Classes (Small Group Training: 2–4 Participants)
Attendance

Classes will run as scheduled as long as at least 2 participants are booked in.

If a participant does not attend, the class will continue as normal and the full class fee will apply.
Minimum Numbers

Classes require a minimum of 2 participants to proceed.

If fewer than 2 participants are booked, the class may be rescheduled or cancelled by the business, and affected clients will not be charged.
