This one‑time new starter package includes three 1‑on‑1 personal training sessions, delivered as performance coaching built on human movement science. It’s designed to help you understand how you move, how we coach, and whether our approach is the right fit for you.
 

Ideal for anyone new to MP Fitness & Sport Performance, this intro package provides clarity and direction without long‑term commitment. Sessions are held at our Essendon studio, with coaching tailored to you from the very first visit.
